Reflective Walks is a mental health support initiative conducted in North London. During the walks, facilitators will lead the group firstly through the green spaces of Waterlow Park and then into Highgate Cemetery.

Using on-site photographs of the venue, combined with elements of trees and nature, the visual materials—including the website, posters, leaflets, and logo—were designed to emphasise the therapeutic qualities of the programme, particularly its engagement with practices such as forest bathing to support psychological wellbeing.

Rooted in Highgate and its surrounding communities, the initiative establishes a warm and inclusive platform for interaction. The design articulates both the healing nature of the walk-based activities and the sense of community warmth embedded within the local context.
